Trading It is presented as an investment training course, however, there are certain concerns regarding its security and transparency. One of the points that generates uncertainty is the lack of information about the entity or company to which it belongs. The absence of registration data and the lack of details about the structure and legitimacy of the platform raise questions about the reliability of the course.

A crucial aspect to highlight is the lack of clarity regarding the quality of the material provided. There are legal ways to recover the money. We have evidence that the contract was signed by default, in the terms and conditions of each course they clearly say, THE STUDENT MUST ACTIVATE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, all contracts can be challenged.

Hello justice, I don't know if tradeando is from the same group.

    Good afternoon,

On Friday 10/05 I accepted the registration for the course, on Saturday from early on I was trying to register at interactive brokers, which did not allow me because I have a Nie and no DNI as required by the page that they say in the course In the course they say that this part is fundamental, it is the system that you recommend to carry out transactions and simulations.
I sent them an email and they sent me a simulator funding page, not what they sell. Today I sent them that I want to withdraw from this course, I want to know, they are asking me to sue, I am within 14 days of withdrawing.

Hello Yuvaidi, they are scammers and you should talk to your bank to reverse those payments, say that you did not authorize that operation or that you lost the card, but also write to Tradeando to tell them that you are not interested in that course because you feel that they have cheated and you want your money back.

      Greetings.

Hello, I'm Salva, also affected by Tradeando, I contracted the course without even knowing that you were accepting financing and that you could not renounce it, as the right of withdrawal indicates within 14 calendar days from when you accept and pay the first installment. They make you accept payment as quickly as possible so that you accept their conditions without notifying you of anything. And that nothing is that they do not take charge of the right of withdrawal from the moment you enter to see the platform, of course until you enter you do not see the nonsense of the course they offer, it is laughable and regrettable. At the moment it is in the hands of the OMIC, I hope to get my money back, but it seems incredible to me that these people continue doing their thing.

Hello Salva, don't believe anything they say, they are scammers and apparently they were commercially related to the scam called Quantfury. Thanks for writing about Tradeando. This broker/school is a SCAM, these courses do not teach anything, it is more effective to search for them online.

We suggest NOT sending money, they lie to steal from you, they refer you to a broker with which they are associated in which the operations are fictitious, the money is never crossed with the market, they simulate it and in the end they mark you and say that you lost everything and so they keep it.

All the information you provide about the company will help those affected by this broker, explain in detail how everything happened, what advertising you saw, the names of your advisor, numbers, emails from which they have contacted you, etc.

Hello, I haven't paid for trading for 3 months because I didn't know that I was committed to paying for the entire course, I canceled my card and they sent me an email yesterday saying that if I don't pay in 22 days they will transfer my case to a law firm, I don't know what They can do it to me and I'm scared, I can't allow them to come and demand money that I don't have and pay for something I don't want. Can you do something to me?

Hello Fabiola, Tradeando is a scam and no one can threaten to sue you for nor can they threaten to put you on lists of defaulters, all threats are made to get money from you, but they will not put you in any of that, don't suffer and block them. They are scammers and use any tactic to clear their name even though they know they are scamming thousands of customers. They won't do anything, don't listen to their threats.

      Greetings.

    Good morning,
When speaking with them, they did not tell me that I was committed to paying for the entire course, it seemed like it was a test up to one phase. I've started but I don't like it and it's not what I expected.
I have canceled the card so that they do not continue charging me every month and they have already sent me an email saying that it could lead to serious consequences, such as inclusion in ASNEF and the intervention of their legal department to execute the debt.
Can you recommend what to do?
    Will I have repercussions?
    regards
