I got into trading because of the slogan: “In one week you will be able to generate your own profits in the world of trading. Well, I paid the first monthly payment and as soon as the first full month was over I wanted to cancel since the course did NOT adapt at all to how I wanted to operate, but I was still charged for the second monthly payment. I wanted to cut the payments and I ended up paying twice the amount of 2 euros. That is, for a little more than 315 days I paid 20 euros and informed them that I wanted to unsubscribe, given that all the messages they wrote to me were aimed at opening a funding account and charging 630 euros again for the first test. The first time it is very difficult to approve because of the other euros that you can lose along the way. Furthermore, the funding account can go to waste at any time if you do not generate profits. In those cases you lose the account and have to pay 200eur again. I wanted to operate with my own money and for people like me there was NOTHING in the course that could be adapted so I requested to leave. Finally I have canceled the card and have requested a refund from the bank. I will see what I can recover although they are NOT going to scam me.
Finally, when requesting a refund, it seems that they have a message already written to create a bit of fear saying that when you enter into trading it is like buying a book or a movie and returning it, therefore it CANNOT be returned due to copyright and so on. Pathetic.

I am trying to unsubscribe from the course before having started it, 0% completed, and they tell me that I cannot unsubscribe and I quote "because they are exempt from any type of withdrawal under Spanish consumer regulations, specifically article 103 of Law 3/2014 of March 27”.
And they also tell me and I quote again verbatim: "Keep in mind that, if in your case, you have a financed place, you have a commitment to pay and a loan contract with a financial company, you have a legal and contractual obligation to continue making payments until its entirety.
It is important that you know that, if you fail in any of the payments, the financial company may increase the interest for each day of delay, our recovery department will introduce you to ASNEF (you will not be able to request credits or mortgages again) and you will be legally claimed for the amount owed + the costs of the trial (over 3.000 euros).
This financier will not allow withdrawal until the outstanding debt with them has been settled.
At no time was it explained to me that I had to reject my right of withdrawal, I have asked them for a copy of the contract I have with them and they have not yet given me any response.
All I want is to unsubscribe within the legal term because I'm not happy with the service received and I don't want to continue paying for something that I'm not enjoying since I didn't even start the course.
