They called me since December, several calls later in January I made the deposit. Trade for a month, I received a daily call from an advisor aka Marcelo Daran. Actually very good with high risk I did not use the SL 95% of effectiveness in the positions EURUSD, JPY CHZ. 10% yield in one month.

The problem is the withdrawal, they disappear they do not answer calls. Totally fraud. The same from the previous comments parent company is Presiplo Limited, also owner of FGS Markets (Best documented as Fraud). Meti denounces CNBV, condusef and Banco Used (Visa responded).

They made me enter through TyconX through the call structure and the telephone link, I think they are the same company and the same offices. The advisor comments that he is a regulated broker and that he is audited by KPMG… I couldn't find a way to validate this information. It is an unregulated broker.

Total fraud, they had no way of checking with Visa. They do not return the money. Report and use the mechanisms of your country and bank to escalate your case. In the end it went well for me, I only lost 50% of what I deposited.

Hi Tony, thank you very much for sharing your experience with Trades.com… Can you tell us more about your experience with this company? Do you remember how you came to find them? Do you have names of advisers, emails? It is really very unserious what you mention about Trades.com.

      Greetings.

I worked with trades.com for about 6 months, I made about 10,000 dollars and they are truly newbies (or they are a fraud), they made me lose 85% of my money and now wanting to withdraw the rest of my money, they do not answer me. calls, they don't answer the emails I send to [email protected] demanding my money.

The attention when you have money is very good, but when you are no longer going to give them more money they totally ignore you and to withdraw your money it is worse than a bank.

    Don't fall for this scam.

Do you have names of advisers, emails? How long have you been unable to withdraw? Everything you say about Trades.com sounds very bad

Here in Mexico they are worth a hat if you invest and if you lose because it is fraud, they do not lift a finger. Now, for companies that are dedicated to investing such as Banks and Brokerage Houses and that are "REGULATED" by the CNBV, they also do their own thing and are not responsible for fraud or loss of all your capital or much of it due to mismanagement or flat for having stolen from you. Now imagine for a foreign company that is not regulated by the CNBV, just imagine. There I leave them to your discretion. Doubt or run from companies that promise you a profit of more than 30% in less than a month. Nobody gives that much interest gain unless it is a fraud. They say invest $ 100,000 pesos and in a month you will have $ 10,000 that is not true unless it is in variable income in the purchase and sale of shares and your advisor has to be very, very good. Watch out

Hi Daniel, thanks for your comments about Trades.com, did they tell you to invest $ 100.000 and get $ 10.000 profit in one month? It sounds very, very bad. Regarding regulation, it is exactly as you say, not even with a regulated broker with a good regulator you can be 100% sure, that is why we do not even think about investing in unregulated companies, or regulated with non-serious regulators. If you have more information about the company, please let us know.

      Greetings.

It is a sham, it would be good if they could inform more people about this type of company, it operates in Mexico through a JP Trading company, something like that, Capital Finance Group, they are located in Paseo de la Reforma, in front of the Mexican Stock Exchange of Values, in tower B, however the traders who are in charge of managing your account do not have the necessary experience, I have even asked them for their track records but they never provided me with that information, when your account already has little money in favor, They will tell you about the risk department, alluding to the fact that if you do not enter more money, your account may lose money, and not only do they do it once, they do it repeatedly, what they are looking for is that you enter more money to be able to obtain income for them, when Your account is practically closed, they no longer answer the numbers, I have communicated with people who have similar things happened to them and apply the same modus operandi, so it is not a recommended broker, since as your page mentions it, They are not regulated and they seem like beginners in what they do, they bother saying that it is your money and not theirs so that you can enter more money and in the end they are not responsible for anything. Not at all recommended.

trades.com is a product designed by the international group, a broker with nineteen years of experience. Now, this company has more than four and a half million clients all over the world, its monthly operations volume is 54 billion dollars present in Europe, Asia and Latin America. And it continues to expand.

19 years of experience? 4 and a half million customers? We do not believe that it is true, and even if it was, we continue to talk about an unregulated broker, we always recommend working with regulated companies Carlos.

      Be careful.

      Greetings.

Hi Luis, we always recommend working with regulated companies with a track record, this is not the case with Trades.com, therefore we do not recommend it.

      Greetings.

If we have to choose the main brokers of 2018, trades.com is, without a doubt, among the main ones in the market in Spain, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile and the rest of the Spanish-speaking countries, my opinion is clear, although There is nothing 100% sure, this is one of the most reliable brokers on the market. However, there are other very famous brokers available in Spanish to do online trading, like trades.com, which is regulated by a European Union entity, has a free demo account and allows trading without commissions.

    • Recommended Brokers Reply

Hello Martín, you are wrong, unregulated broker, you do not mention where you are based, what is more, your website is not even accessible anymore, does this seem like a safe and mainstream broker to you?

      • mike

It is regulated by the MIFID and the FSA recommended brokers, remember that it is a company based in London; If they knew that or they just throw shit to throw away, and if the page does not allow to enter it is because it is saturated ... they know about technology and they know that a page that is not secure does not have the security padlock in the HTTP bar

      • Recommended Brokers

The regulations of the MIFID and the FSA, we do not really take them into account because we believe that they do not guarantee any security for customers, we always recommend working with regulated companies with more serious regulatory bodies, on the other hand it is ridiculous what you mention about the padlock in the HTTP bar, it is a simple security certificate that does not guarantee anything with a broker.

Also, if you work for Trades.com, it is better to identify yourself as such, and not pass yourself off as a client who defends the company to the death.

I have already worked with several online brokers and compared to companies such as xm, avatrade and plus500 ... they offer you a better and more attractive advice and if they do have physical offices and this gives many of us the tranquility and confidence of attending They and not only are here in Mexico and it is not the only office in which I have presented myself to them and in all the treatment is the same especially in those of Colombia

Hi Luis, thank you very much for sharing your experience with Trades.com with us.

  9. Josue Reply

Hello, how are you? I am one of those who make calls to look for new investors in training when hiring you, they tell you that the FSA, MIFID regulates us and in Mexico as there is no authority as such, only the KPMG regulates us, they tell us that the Banks that support the company are Morgan Stanley, Goldman sachs, ING, UBS, Credit Suize. They also teach us that it has a presence in 58 countries and that the headquarters are in London, the offices in Mexico are in the corporate reform on avenida paseo of the reform in front of the roundabout of the palm any other questions I will try to answer them

    • Recommended Brokers Reply

Hello Josue, if what you say is real, well, it is a real shame that Trades.com treats its clients this way, and above all that it lies about its regulation, since we know that it does not provide any information on its page website about its supposed regulation, as would any truly regulated broker.
