Hello everyone, the same thing happened to me as all of you, they never returned my money and it was pure excuses and they no longer answer the mail, or the chat and when I asked to withdraw part of the money, I began to have losses and everything I had won I lost it in 2 or 3 days, suspect. My experience is not entirely pleasant…. At the beginning they offered me many things, but once I made my deposit, the contact was almost nil ... technically they had me on the air for a month ...
Likewise, one of the people who contacted me asked for a photo of my credit card to "speed up" my process, when on the same platform that they have, the registration can be done without having to upload that photo ... From that moment I began to suspect … A week passed and the only thing I received was a call from a supposed new analyst who would see my account; however, they were not contacted again to give me the advice they had promised as I am new to this topic. From time to time I received "signals" to operate, but without sufficient basis they were of no use to me…. I decided to withdraw, I filled out the withdrawal form; however, I have not yet received my money back. The last communication was with a new analyst who was trying to retain me to work with them; However, the attitude and way of speaking of all its workers is the same, they do not inspire confidence in me.

I don't know if Umarkets already scammed me or are in the process of scam… I deposited the 500.00 usd…. and they gave me another 500 usd… .my account went up to 1,000 usd, they taught me to position myself and invest in Gold… .and in 1 hour I already had a profit of 10 usd…. figure this was big business…. and brutally I dared to invest 5,000 usd…. Hi Cesar, thank you for sharing your experience with Umarkets. Send an email to the broker where your money is, asking that no more operations be made, not a single one. Request the withdrawal of capital, take screenshots of each situation, document everything, in theory they are regulated in Belize and although it is a very low level regulation, you can report them to them. I see it quite complicated to recover the money, try the option that we give you, it has been effective in many cases.
