Everything you mention about WDC Markets sounds really bad. WE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND A COMPANY LIKE WDC MARKETS: THEY HAVE NO REGULATION, THEY HAVE BEEN ADVISED BY FINANCIAL REGULATORS, THEY ARE BASED IN VERY UNSAFE COUNTRIES, in addition to other negative characteristics.

WDC Market told us that they would not refund the € 250. We called the bank and we could not cancel the charge but during the conversation my sister used the word "scam" and that was the end of the conversation, we hung up, we considered the money lost and we accepted that we had been scammed.
A week later our bank returned the money and managed to cancel the operation, I assure you that I do not know how we managed it but the truth is that they have returned the money to us.
By the way, the company is aware of this chat, they told me that if I wanted to see good opinions about WDC Market, I would consult trustpilots .com and not this website.
Anyway, they are already aware of their bad reputation, they will change their name shortly.

1. This is an unregulated broker, which is supposedly registered under the name FTG Solutions LTD and here we have encountered several problems.
2. WDC Markets claims to be registered at the following address: First Floor, Mandar House, Johnson's Ghut, PO Box 3257, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands ... which is a lie because we have searched their offices on google maps and we haven't found. Additionally, the British Virgin Islands is a tax haven and is an island known for evading taxes and being part of various scams.
3. FTG Solutions LTD are registered in the United States Delaware, which is also a tax haven but the company provides moving services and has nothing to do with a financial services company.
4. WDC Markets also claims to operate under the following address: Tornimae 5, Tallinn, 10145, Estonia… This is all very confusing and they lie too much, besides we don't know exactly which jurisdiction they follow…
