Contact: phone numbers and email

This company does not provide any contact details; No email or phone number. What does this mean? That a company does not provide contact information is a very bad sign. Imagine that you have a problem or complaint and you have no way to contact them. It sounds really bad, doesn't it?

* QUOTEX regulation

We have analyzed in depth the current ⚖️ regulatory situation ⚖️ in which this company finds itself and we have reached the following conclusion:

The broker presents us with a very worrying situation; he mentions absolutely nothing about regulating it. What does this make us think? We are talking about an unregulated broker. What does it mean? This means that the broker's clients and all their money are without any type of protection. That is to say, if the broker has bad intentions, most likely you will not be able to do anything to recover your money. Please be very careful with these types of companies. Think carefully before sending money, you are sending it to a company without any type of regulation or protection!

🚫 Final QUOTEX valuation 🚫

As you can see, we have carried out a detailed and complete analysis of the most important characteristics of Quotex and we have reached the following conclusions about this company:

Location: They mention being located in a VERY UNSAFE location

Regulatory: They do not mention anything about its regulation, that is to say: we are talking about an unregulated company with a notable lack of clarity and seriousness.

It is crucial to keep in mind that the company in question has been the subject of complaints by different financial regulators, including the CNMV and CONSOB. These allegations raise a red flag and underscore the need to exercise extreme caution when considering any type of interaction with the company. The lack of clarification or response from the company to these complaints can generate uncertainty and distrust in potential clients or investors.

Quotex presents itself as a broker that offers services in forex, cryptocurrencies, CFDs and binary options. However, their declaration of being located in an area considered to be of low security, such as Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, added to the absence of information on their regulation, raises serious concerns about their reliability and transparency as a financial entity.

In addition, the lack of means of contact available to users raises questions about how to address emergency situations or resolve any inconvenience that may arise during interaction with the company. This lack of vital customer information, such as contact channels, highlights the need to be cautious when considering engaging with Quotex.

🚨🚨 Conclusion: for the reasons mentioned our conclusion is that it is a very unserious and very unsafe company. Please think carefully if you want to send money to a company with these characteristics. 🚨🚨

    Hello everyone, I do not recommend this broker because I made the first payment to be able to operate, I made the payment for etherium, everything was correct, exactly as they want, I talked to my platform where I have the cryptocurrencies and they told me that the payment had been made correctly and that they had received and accepted the payment, on the quotex platform it says payment failed, I have sent them an email with proof of payment and to this day they have not answered me and I think they never will, they are scammers who do not They show their faces, before making the deposit I saw all these comments and I paid no attention, I am one more victim of this scam, please do not make any payment to them because you will lose it. I can send the proof of payment to those who do not believe it with the time and the day and then on the platform the day and the time as failed

      Hello David, they are gangsters, thanks for commenting on Quotex. This broker is a SCAM. the CNMV (Financial Regulator of Spain) (see CNMV link) and CONSOB (Italian Financial Regulator) (see CONSOB link) have reported Quotex for fraudulent activities. Do not send them money, they want to get as much money as possible with lies, the operations are not real, they do not put the money in the market, they just make it look and in the end they tell you that you have lost and they keep it.

      If to withdraw your money they ask you for more to pay taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Do not do it! It is a clear sign that they want to steal your money and they will not return anything even if you pay.

    Good morning, I have been trading for a little over 2 years, it never caught my attention to open an account with this broker but due to the recommendations of other traders I made the decision to activate an account with them and I share that it was impossible, I sent the scanned documentation and they always told me not to send photos, since from the outset this is a symptom that getting the money will be a problem. Basically with the last response they sent me they treated me like a brute who can't read. That type of response is not from a professional broker or at least from one that wants to attract clients.

    Hello, how have I invested in quotex? I entered from an ad on Facebook by a trader named Rafael Mello, and I deposited 50 dollars. Then this trader passed on some signals that failed, promising 80% 90% accuracy, which was a lie... After losing money I invested 55 dollars more... I began to notice that trading on my own I was going to earn more than copying signals I started to earn and the page does not pay me for the operations that I myself saw with my eyes that I was earning stagnating my capital I need help because It didn't let me scam I still have money on the page and I have the contacts of the trader who scammed and the page...they also said that the minimum to withdraw was $10 and when I tried to withdraw the money they asked me for a minimum of $100 I have gone up and down in capital as I have seen in another broker with a very volatile market but knowing a little about this I manage to maintain my capital. I would like help to be able to request a refund from this platform.
