Contact: phone numbers and email

This company does not provide any contact details; No email or phone number. What does this mean? That a company does not provide contact information is a very bad sign. Imagine that you have a problem or complaint and you have no way to contact them. It sounds really bad, doesn't it?

* QUOTEX regulation

We have analyzed in depth the current ⚖️ regulatory situation ⚖️ in which this company finds itself and we have reached the following conclusion:

The broker presents us with a very worrying situation; he mentions absolutely nothing about regulating it. What does this make us think? We are talking about an unregulated broker. What does it mean? This means that the broker's clients and all their money are without any type of protection. That is to say, if the broker has bad intentions, most likely you will not be able to do anything to recover your money. Please be very careful with these types of companies. Think carefully before sending money, you are sending it to a company without any type of regulation or protection!

🚫 Final QUOTEX valuation 🚫

As you can see, we have carried out a detailed and complete analysis of the most important characteristics of Quotex and we have reached the following conclusions about this company:

Location: They mention being located in a VERY UNSAFE location

Regulatory: They do not mention anything about its regulation, that is to say: we are talking about an unregulated company with a notable lack of clarity and seriousness.

It is crucial to keep in mind that the company in question has been the subject of complaints by different financial regulators, including the CNMV and CONSOB. These allegations raise a red flag and underscore the need to exercise extreme caution when considering any type of interaction with the company. The lack of clarification or response from the company to these complaints can generate uncertainty and distrust in potential clients or investors.

Quotex presents itself as a broker that offers services in forex, cryptocurrencies, CFDs and binary options. However, their declaration of being located in an area considered to be of low security, such as Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, added to the absence of information on their regulation, raises serious concerns about their reliability and transparency as a financial entity.

In addition, the lack of means of contact available to users raises questions about how to address emergency situations or resolve any inconvenience that may arise during interaction with the company. This lack of vital customer information, such as contact channels, highlights the need to be cautious when considering engaging with Quotex.

🚨🚨 Conclusion: for the reasons mentioned our conclusion is that it is a very unserious and very unsafe company. Please think carefully if you want to send money to a company with these characteristics. 🚨🚨

Hello, it's been more than 4 weeks. I deposited money with them and it says “DEPOSIT FAILED”

And they don't refund my money nor does the money show up in my Quotex account. I feel completely scammed. Can it be reported in any way? They are thiefs.

Hello Carlos, they are gangsters, thanks for commenting on Quotex. This broker is a SCAM. the CNMV (Spanish Financial Regulator) (see CNMV link) and CONSOB (Italian Financial Regulator) (see CONSOB link) have reported Quotex for fraudulent activities. Do not send them money, they want to get as much money as possible with lies, the operations are not real, they do not put the money in the market, they just make it look and in the end they tell you that you have lost and they keep it.

If to withdraw your money they ask you for more to pay taxes, fees, legalizations, etc. Do not do it! It is a clear sign that they want to steal your money and they will not return anything even if you pay.

If you have more information about the company, we ask you to share it with us, especially if it is information that you think can help other people investing with this company.

Do you have names of advisers, numbers, emails from which they have contacted you? Do you remember how you found this broker in the first place?

Hello, well, I also have problems when I want to make my withdrawal. Basically everything works great, but when I want to withdraw my money it just doesn't come back to me. They have asked me for a thousand different things, documents and papers, I have given them everything they ask for and even so, I have not been able to withdraw my capital for more than a month. So I do not recommend them at all, so far it has been a very bad experience and above all very desperate. I feel like I won't get my money back.

    regards

I made a deposit of 30USD to test the platform, that gave me confidence because the collector is the same as Libertex, and with Libertex I have had no problems withdrawing. The thing is that after making some operations, I decided to withdraw money with profits, so far everything was correct and I had no problem with the information they asked me for, such as my bank account number, the code that I received by mail and everything was looked correct. Now I'm sure it's a scam because I've been waiting for the funds to be deposited for two days, with no news. it is definitely a scam
